    There is no upstairs ... yet. The attic space has access through a ceiling. The homeowners had plans prepared and permitted to complete a 3 bedroom/2 bath attic renovation, and the stairs were going to be located next to the kitchen. But they had to move to be closer to family in Philadelphia before they got to that renovation phase.
