Small room HELP

I need to maximize this space as best as possible! I have a lot of clothes and they won’t all fit in my closet so I need to fit a dresser, a desk, and a queen bed in this room! I’m open for any layout ideas, any design ideas, and storage ideas! Just any suggestions anyone has will be great!
