Backstory: My lawn was newly seeded late last summer with a KBG and PRG mix (plus annual rye grass). I’m in south central wisconsin and the lawn gets full sun. There is an irrigation system installed.

Problem: I am trying to determine what the tall weedy grass is that is growing in the picture so I can start controlling it before I overseed in the fall. It is growing

throughout my yard.
