Forever Pink?

Looks like Pink KnockOut.

Difficult to offer a cultivar name (I have a similar one called Smarty) as I am less familiar with rose varieties in the US. Try HelpMeFind...the most useful site for rose ID

Definitely looks more like a groundcover rose and not a knockout. Forever pink does look very similar.

Looks like Pink Knock Out to me as well. The hybridizer is from this area and Knock Outs are everywhere.

The only distinguishing characteristic of a "groundcover" rose is its ultimate height and sprawling, spreading manner of growth. The OP's photos do not really indicate a very compact nor a sprawling habit. They look too tall and upright to be formally classified as a groundcover. To be honest, they could be any of several single or semidouble landscape roses - Pink KnockOuts tend to be the most heavily planted variety.

Carefree Delight?

I thought maybe carefree delight too but knockouts are so popular at commercial loccations because they are lower maintenance. I would wander in and ask the doctor’s office staff if they happen to know. Or maybe they can connect you with the property manager if they rent the space.

Thanks everyone! If they’re low maintenance, I can see why an office would have them…..they must be somewhat drought resistant as we have not had much rain recently. Either that or maintenance is watering when needed.

I have a similar looking small coral rose and it was labeled "Drift Rose". Not sure if it is a variety of Knock Out or not. I should have Googled. I've had it for quite a few years and it blooms all summer, stays pretty much 2' wide by 2" high.

Boy does that rose look like Carefree Delight. It's a great rose, too. I've seen it grown on a 4' fence, filling it about 8' across. That's just one bush, growing up the fence and spreading across it 4' in each direction. It covered both fence sides, but heavier growth was made on the south facing side of the fence. When the spring flush came (and CD was mature), 1000 open blooms plus could be counted.

I gifted Carefree Delight to an avid gardener friend and she grows it like a climber also, but a little differently than the above CD. Her back deck is covered with wooden slats overhead with gaps between then slats. The rose climbs up the side of the deck, reaches the 'roof,' slats and spreads out. It is quite dramatic! A Sweet Autumn Clematis climbs up to the slt roof from the opposite side and complements Carefree Delight.

TTherher is a Pink Drift,but the bloom form and growth habit looks quite different.

The flower size of Carefree Delight is small, 2", cupped, edged red with lt. pink petals, and the flower center is prominently lighter, almost white. The flowers come in large cluster, 20+ buds at times.

Pink Knock Out blooms in clusters, not normally over 8 buds, though. The flower form of CD is refined, cupped and colored distinctively, unlike PKO's blooms that open looser and are self medium pink. They're also twice the size of CD blooms.

If I had to choose which rose is more refined yet tough as nails, it would be Carefree Delight.
