Living Room Fireplaces Home Decorating

Corner Fireplace Behemoth

Ideas for remodeling this room. The fireplace is huge! Don’t love the design of the fireplace. Ideas about new design for it and we do like to sit in front of it during the winter as it gives our a lot of heat.
Also Thought about getting a sectional to go where the tv is and along the wall closest to it. Open to changing it all so fire away!

If the sectional is next to the FP, then TV/console would go on the wall where the sofa is now? Good idea...opens up the room. I have your floor plan concept.

The easy chair by the window should be a swivel to face the view, the FP, or the TV...I have a light pouf for my feet that I can move depending. And a pouf by the FP to sit.

For the FP, It is very practical but I guess you could remove and start over. Or not and just retile?

I did not measure the pieces here so tweak size and position. FP upper left, round rug:
