My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We finally had a substantial rain, but fortunately no damage. The battles with the bugs continue. So many cultivar blooms, such as those of Isabelle Rose, lost to thrips, despite my reluctant decision to go nuclear.

Dragon Nation has made quite a patch of color. For some reason, it has attracted fewer earwigs.


Tropical Fusion --not a fast multiplier; makes big fans


A beige wall is not a good background for Mean Green, but the scape was elegant. Some thrips damage and low bud count on this estate plant.
