There are options for $300 or less for the foyer. But it will probably cost you that much again to have it installed unless someone in your house does electrical work and has a ladder that will reach. I don't have a good enough idea from what I can see what your style is. Have you done any looking yourself yet? If you have found a couple fixtures you like but can't decide between them, post pictures of them here in your post. I wouldn't worry too much about matching the island pendants and chandelier over the table as those should be replaced at some point also. I would turn the one over the sink into a recessed fixture like tracefloyd said.

so make a trip to home depo or lowes and buy a wafer style recessed light for over the sink that attaches to a junction box. Aso to the entry a satin nickel pendant of some sort that is not to busy as to compete with the dining fixture.

Spring for a better dining room fixture while you are at it.

I 'm just catching up here but doesn't the Entry way fixture that @Ang Ves postoed 4 posts above this one -- look like what RL is suggesting? I could be confused.
