Not 100% sure...but given that they were painted 5 months apart with different cabinet makers, the paint is likely from different batches.

Do you have a recommendation on what to do? We honeslty have remodel fatigue and at this point just want to finish everything up so we can move back in. Maybe we can do a re-paint in a few years.

If you have remodel fatigue and can't wait on the painting to be done, your best bet is to just live with what you've got. And re-paint in a few years. Which will honestly be more hassle than have the re-paint done now.

Different makers likely use completely different coatings lines, with different chemistries and different pigments. Which will result in different color matches. To have those all painted to match will depend on what materials they used to paint with. You need to find out. Then, Cleaning, sanding, priming, and painting. But, that all takes about a week or longer, depending on the kitchen size. A cabinet finishing in home requires that everything be sealed off, with supplied ventilation and a respirator. You can not get your $2000 housepainter to do this unless you want aawful results and a super quick failure. It averages 8-13K.

No, the cabinets still need to be cleaned, prepped by sanding/scuffing, cleaned and painted again. Probably 2-3 days.

Put aside your fatigue and get it done right. It will be a constant source of irritation if you accept living with it. Ask me how I know. LOL

It will never be right, until everything is painted in the same product. Cabinets needs a specific cabinet rated coating. Not BM trim paint. This is not cheap or easy to fix. It requires finding a refinisher close enough to you to do this, and about 7-10 days to get it done.

Personally I’d probably just decide it was a subtle quirk that was a deliberate choice.

frames and doors....so the issue is only on the uppers? that will be less of a hassle than all the lowers. you can do things like remove some doors from key spots ....get mdf frames and insert glass..... there's maybe some cost saving approaches here , but showing the uppers and whats in question might help you get ideas.
