Vertically-ducted Bathroom Exhaust Fan

Can anyone recommend a vertically-ducted exhaust fan? Our roofing crew showed up ahead of schedule, and will install the new roof duct within the next day or two. It's a cathedral roof with 2x6 joists. The roofers want to install the roof vent directly over the fan location, but the only vertically-ducted models I can find are a Nu-Tone model that gets terrible reviews, and a few very cheap models on Amazon from brands I've never heard of.
