So we just had a small remodel done on our house and the crew scratched the crap out of our flooring we had installed a year prior and we’re NOT happy about it. Some of them are pretty deep and i think it goes past the wear layer. We’re hoping we wont need to pop any planks out and redo a whole area of flooring just to get to one plank. We have 3 extra boxes but thats it since the entire brand went out of business. What can we do about this?
