Tile help--bathroom floor

For my master bathroom reno, I want to use this tile on the walls. I really wanted something in blue/gray, the price is right, and something in it just really appeals to me--I love the pics and the room visualizers.

However, I'm a little nervous about the pretty significant variations in the tiles. I bought 5 off the shelf and they are all different. 3 are similar to each other with small differences, and 2 are similar to each other but pretty different from the first 3. Is this something the tiler will be able to figure out? Once it's on my walls, does it matter a ton?

I'm also having trouble finding a bathroom floor-I'd like grayish. I'm not sure if I should use 12x24 on the floors to mimic the walls, or something else. I thought maybe a hex, but I can't find one in the right color. The grays are all too dark, or too beige-y. Any ideas? This is a very budget-conscious project.

I have a shower floor and accent pieces that will look good with this, and I really like it, so hoping to find a floor to put it all together, and hoping the variaion isn't such an issue.

If you look at the 2nd photo in the link it shows an entire wall--the tiles are supposed to be different. There is nothing to figure out as this isn't like wallpaper that has to be matched perfectly. If the shower floor and accent pieces all look good with this tile perhaps a blue floor that contrasts will be good for the room.

On second thought the photos show one tile with a dark ribbon across it and another more muted. Maybe you would be more comfortable with a wall of only the muted tiles.

if you are nervous now, wait until the tile person gets going.

I suggest you lay it out exactly the way you want the tile person to install, there is no going back if you let them do it random.

You can get 25-50% more tile than you will need in the end and then cherry-pick them for the ones you like, but unless you can return the overage you will end up spending more than you intend. If you really don't like the variations maybe it isn't really the right tile for you.

Don't use smooth/glossy tiles on the floors - becomes an ice-skating rink. Something with texture or LVT.

IMO too busy for most bathrooms I like simple in a bathroom so I often do 12 x24 porcelain tile solid color on both the bathroom floor and shower walls the same color only smaller for shower floor and then if yu want an accent tile a vetical strip not centered and use that same tile for the backsplash. BTW ther eis no sucht hing as random. I think maybe use that tile stacked for the stripr in a vertical layout if you really love it . My advice the fewer finishes the better in a small space .
