I swear by the OxyClean MaxForce Gel. It takes out nearly everything for me, the first time.

The Tide pens didn’t work well for me. I use OxiClean MaxForce all the time (love it) but only the spray. Haven’t tried the gel.

My go-to stain remover is Wine Away and it’s not just for wine. They sell travel size bottles. I carry my own little laundry kit when we travel by car and usually carry a bottle when we fly.

I do use the Oxi MaxForce at home with good results, but often have to follow stubborn stains with Wine Away.

Fels Naptha bar soap is a very good stain remover & what I use at home. You could hack off a small chunk for travel. Shampoo ought to be effective for oily stains but I have not tried it.

I always have Shout Wipe and Go packets in my purse. Because they are easy to carry and they work for most any stain.

I've never taken a special stain product with me when traveling. Maybe I've been lucky, I haven't needed it but I only very rarely hand wash something in a sink in a hotel.

I did use the OxyClean Max Force sometimes on mothers laundry at her senior apartment. She had tremor and could often have food marks on the front of her top or her lap. Worked beautifully!

Here, little comes up that original Tide, sometimes some Oxy powder, once in a while a couple of drops of dish washing liquid rubbed in with a finger if an oily stain, won't handle.

I use Tide To Go. It works better than nothing. 😆 I keep one in all my luggage and carry ons, and one in my work bag (when I left the house for work).

The OxyClean products work well but their perfume is reeeeeally strong and does not go away easily.. ;-p

If you prefer something with a barely discernible scent, Amodex might be worth trying. i really like it because it works very well and comes in a 4 oz bottle.
