You have loads of space for a seat and a table. Put an artwork with a vase of flowers on the wall behind it, rather than use up table space with flowers. It is really helpful to have a clear table when you can set things down when you walk in the door.

Doesn't have to be that big, just something that can tuck into the space. The small ottomans are kind of nice at an entrance since they can be pushed under the table. Picture this in your corner--small table + slipper chair with art work or mirror on the wall.

Nice ideas above ,but more ideas may evolve with more pix of the surrounding areas…to co-ordinate with your style and decor

Many times a bench offers a space/ spot underneath for wet shoes..boots..etc…leaving the wall for some decor..

It also wont overlap/distract the wall detail …which is a very nice feature

If it is near the front door..it will come in handy for dropping things when you come in..pkgs,groceries,etc

Hard to really answer without pictures with a fuller view🤷🏻‍♀️..maybe painting that section of the wall is an option..For a completely new look?

As to adding pictures..a collection of themed..same sized pics would be a place to start…

I would select a framed piece that would be centered in the paneled section to the right, ignoring the top triangular bit.

A console table with pretty stools under is perfect for this space! You can even get stools with storage to put shoes in. Lots of luck!

I'd look for a small round table with a painted finish, with a chair or half-length bench for seating. You could also use an open console table with pull out ottomans.
