Should I get planks replaced?

Just had hardwood installed. There ended up being 3 planks with defects. One is a chipped corner half inch x half inch. The second is a long narrow gouge about 2.5 inches. The third is a shallow scrape that's about 1 inch
They first tried the repair route with wood filler. Wondering whether it would cause more issues to replace the three planks or whether it's better to just live with the repair job?

Is this unfinished or prefinished? If unfinished and going to be finished the finisher will take care of this as well with the sanding.

The installer should have recognized the defects and not used those boards. I would demand that they fix the floors. Keep in mind however that they probably can't just replace the defective boards but will have to take out a bunch of boards to access them. I had to have several of my boards replaced due to a scratch. The installer had to start from one side of the room before he got to the damaged boards. It was crazy. But in my view your installer should've known better.
