I think it will depend a bit on what you get for desk and nightstands. They will take up their own footprints. Looks like you likely have wall space to head a queen bed on any of the walls, but that might depend a bit on how high and how much headboard you have- if your bed head goes higher than the window you can't use that wall to head the bed. Do you use underbed storage? One side or both sides? If so, you will need clearance for that. Is the mirror a floor or wall mount? Do you like it across from your bed head, or no?

    Need a floorplan with dimensions.

I would put the bed in front of the windows.

I will wait for the to scale floor plan but I will say I have a student room that is 10 x10 and there is no way to have a queen bed and a desk in that space . We have a twin and a desk and a chair and it is tight and no space for 2 nightstands even in that configuration. We have idea of what is where in the space so the floor plan needs to show windows doorways where thos elead and where the closet is .

Desk as night stand should work perfectly.

Actually, it doesn't : ) I revised based on her updated dimensions. Still can put a mirror above it.

With one 18 x 18 inch side table and consider wall sconces/for both sides

Jan! Thank you that is so sweet of you to put in that effort. I love the layout. I have some cool art to put above my bed so I think that would look nice. What do you think about the mirror?

Put a FULL length mirror on the back side of the closet door: ) Everyone needs one. Or ?

If you want the room to feel larger? Put a tall leaner mirror to the right of the window, next to the desk.

A shallow depth open console under the window, gives you another spot for a lamp. If you read in bed? Pin up swing arm lamps are nice, and leaves a small bedside table more usable space for Ipad, phone,,.water....tissues etc : ) Get something with a drawer

If you put the bed on the bottom wall, you should be able to fit 2 nightstands.

The bottom wall has only 7 inches more functional inches than the opposite, after doors are considered. While you could squeeze two? ( 61" for bed width, and two 18 inch tables....... ) You're really tight up against the entry door swing when closing it, and literally one inch to spare with no pretty bed view on entry. In a room this size, the bed is the elephant in the room, so I'd make that bed gorgeous, and live with one table and pretty pendants or wall sconces. : )
