Those led mirrors are lousy. They are more like mood lighting. Not good for a bathroom at all. Not bright on your face like a makeup mirror. I’d get this windows blocked off and put up a mirror with lighting fixtures on either side or on top of the mirror. Something that would give you enough light to be practical in a bathroom.

Here is another idea. Leave the windows exactly as they are and put up mirrors on the side walls extending past the front of the counter. Then a person can just shift to the right or left to shave or apply make up. That will also allow for window dressing for time a person doesn’t want to be exposed or see outside. It will also allow you to open the window without fighting a mirror.

For a two person bathroom:

If you put in two sinks and move one window to center between them, you can install two mirrored medicine cabinets directly above them. This will give you good storage space and keep the outside view on this wall.

For a one person bathroom:

Move the two windows as far apart as practical. Install a central sink and medicine cabinet over it.

Think about an offset single sink vanity. Allows bigger drawers/storage on one side. Hang mirror over 1 window. Leaving other side clear for stuff and open to view and light. If budget allows a new single and larger window over the counter space with mirror on a wall over sink would let in more natural light.

Beverly nailed it. There are two options - mirrors in front of the windows (adding to your privacy) or side mirrors that can be turned.

I doubt you want to start removing windows, installing new ones and repairing the outside of your house…

Another idea is to put 2 mirrored medicine cabinets on each side wall. When opened you could see your face. But one of them would need to be installed upside down so the mirror opens towards you.

Also, unmentioned here, is that if you are renovating the whole bathroom, is there a better place to put the vanity, so that it's not fighting with windows at all?
