Those were the two that were provided to me as quotes. I just kind of said I wanted something very minimal/modern, with as much glass (no blinds, no panes, etc.) as possible. Is there a better company you would suggest that I should look into? This is my first large home repair. Even if I spend a bit more, I'm okay with it if it's going to last.

My opinion absolutely not on anything Pella. PGT Makes a good product and used all over Florida for Hurricane Impact product and enjoys a solid reputation. I personally would not even entertain buying it from or taking any sort of recommendation from any HD or Box Store in general.

PGT was the one suggested by HD, and their quote was close to the same as the Pella contractor (less than the other quotes for the other contractors) but with the lifetime warranty, so that is who I was thinking of going with. Just curious why you wouldn't use them? I've obviously never had to use them for anything as this is my first repair, but liked the lifetime warranty.

Don't trust them. They really do not vet their installers, it comes down to pot luck really.
