Dave, I finally got that bud count on Mango Crush. It has 5 way branching with about 24 buds. It's not as tall as its registered stats (39 inches), but it hasn't been here very long yet. We will see how tall it gets next year.

We finally got the rain. The weatherman kept saying we had a chance of rain, but the rain went either north or south of us. That seems to be the story of our life. Finally Sunday night and most of the day Monday we got rain--maybe over an inch. It sprinkled on us today as we were trying to get seedlings planted. We probably planted over 400 today--still more to go.

This is But Wait, There's More on rebloom.

Raggedy Man is not performing very well this year. The scapes are shorter and up until today, the color was washed out. This is how it should look.

Ruffled Strawberry Parfait is also not performing very well this year.

We still have seedlings in bloom. I counted 9 seedlings in the first year bed blooming today.

This is Cherry Pie a la Mode X Rosie with a Ring. I hope these show a lot of vigor but the eye is certainly an improvement on Cherry Pie's.

This is Spacecoast Velvet Valentine X (Weael Teeth X (Wolverine X On Your Knees You Will Find Him)). This is also a rebloom on a year old plant.

This seedling is a three-year-old diploid. It is Little Donny Darko X (Fulva cypriana X Unknown). It is one of the few diploid fulvas we have bred. It is blooming in a smashed section of the garden.

This is one of Bob's fulvas. It is ((Fulva Korean X Empire of Dawn and Dusk) X Sonoran Desert Rose) X Candy-coated Confection. It looks a lot like Candy-coated Confection, but we are looking for increased vigor. I believe this is also a rebloom.
