help with basement!!!!

Hi everyone we were originally not going to finish our Rec room in the basement but now we have decided to. Looking for suggestions how to configure the room it will be used for a workout space as well a family space for movies entertaining etc.
Oh and the fireplace is being moved from the current layout to the other corner
