Window replacement - Need style advice!

Hi all! We are currently exploring replacing the windows in our home, built 1983.
These tudor style bay windows are one of the features of the home that drew me in.
We're looking at getting vinyl replacements and having a similar diamond grid pattern added. I'm not sure currently whether the grid would be more one-dimensional or if it would of a three-dimensional grid (I would describe the current pattern as 3-D).
But I really like about the windows, is the style as well as the iridescent reflection they have due to the grids.
In case helpful, we're exploring getting a dark tan window color rather than black or white. Our trim currently is a dark brown.
1. Assuming there isn't any appeal in keeping these "original" windows since we're taking 1980s and century home windows.
2. This will also be a question for our contractor but I'm curious whether vinyl replacement windows would have the same iridescent "sparkle."
Thank you for any insight, advice, or questions we should be sure to ask to make sure we get the design right!
