Possibly Dainty Bess, but DB was introduced to commerce much earlier in the 20th. Century. You did say once blooming, and Dainty Bess repeats, however given a good spring pruning this coming 2024 followed up with good maintenance, this bush could prove to be a repeat bloomer. Just saying the possibility exists.

This rose is growing in my daughter's garden in Victoria, Canada (where I am lucky to garden in the winter). It never gets blackspot. We have identified the other three roses in her garden as Autumn Sunset, which doesn't get blackspot either, as well as Queen Elizabeth and Climbing Iceberg, both of which get terrible blackspot.

Hope this rose can be identified too!

Forgot to mention that my DB is very tall in its quest for sun, 7-8 feet and I cut it back constantly. It also blooms almost constantly. It's from the old Pickering Nursery in Canada and grafted on multiflora. Diane
