Do I replace my windows when getting new siding?

We are replacing our cedar clapboards with Mastic vinyl siding on the front of our house in New England. Our windows are 30 year old Marvin. (yes the ones of the class action suit but we missed out because rot issues came too late)
The contractor will replace any rotted sills and trim and then wrap the windows.
My gut is telling me to replace the windows now as well, but my pocketbook says no.
Advice?

Window replacement is always expensive, but much easier to do now when re-siding, instead of 5-10 years downstream when they have deteriorated in a way that can't be easily fixed with a cosmetic repair. If you know these windows have a reputation for failure, I'd bite the bullet now if you can swing it.
