You haven't posted measurements for walls or furniture but what I am thinking is the bed + nightstands belong on the window wall, the tall dresser goes opposite the bed with the TV above it. The huge dresser goes where the bed was and the media cabinet is banished from the room. Is that doable or desirable?

Too much of the same furniture is weighing the room down. The t v stand has to go. Where else in the room can the t v be wall mounted?

Thank you both! I am definitely open to getting rid of the media stand. I could move it into my closet and put the TV on the tall dresser. I am also open to getting rid of the head/footboard and buying a lighter maybe cream color headboard.

I agree it is a lot of dark furniture in the room but it is really good furniture and I cannot afford a whole new set right now!

I love the blue color for the bedspread. I was definitely thinking of using blue for a pop of color. I actually ordered blue curtains for the bathroom. We used the same zebra wallpaper for a accent wall in the master bath also.

I’d stay away from more pattern on the curtains. Pick a solid color.

For the furniture, I’d at least change out the hardware.

I’d also replace the fan with a light fixture if you can let that go….
