Hello All!

I am considering a good quality, wood-look, sheet vinyl for a kitchen and bath refresh. It’s a comfortable, functional, but not high-end property; we own a two-family and use both apartments ourselves. After much reseach, I believe good quality sheet vinyl to be the best option as we have multiple dogs, standing water from messy drinking, want ease of cleaning, and hope to have it look decent for 10 years. I want at least a 10 mil wear layer (or more), and am looking at Mohawk and Tarkett because that is what the flooring stores have/recommended. I also inquired about commercial grade options and am awaiting info.

Can anyone offer input on experience with current products?
