Looking for composite/engineered stone shower surround panels...

Hello, all,

I am a bath and kitchen contractor in Georgia, and I need help sourcing a product. My homeowner wants smooth walls, something "similar to Corian" (her words) in her master bath redo. What she really wants is completely smooth walls, nothing that looks like grout lines, that don't look like acrylic panels, in Designer White. What I want is a "kit" which has 3 panels for an alcove shower which will be relatively easy to install. Her price range is "elevated" but not quite high end luxury. Anyone have experience with similar materials or companies who have this?

Get the real thing please. Corian Designer White. Do it up right and get a matching base from www.grifform.com

Or talk to your stone fabricator about using quartz on the walls. Same basic costs.

You can also see if someone sells Swanstone near you. It is an acrylic product like Corian. I had a counter and sink from them once and it was great - very easy to take care of.

All of this is in s far different price category than the $200 thin acrylic from a box store. As in 100x the cost.

Find a Corian dealer/installer and get designer white and if it is an "elevation $$$ issue" then it is.

Does "alcove shower" mean that or it's a tub/shower combo?? A shower tucked between two walls could be virtually any size......an alcove tub shower would suggest 30/60/30 walls to whatever height.
