Karndean or Firmfit?

Hi...we are remodeling our condo and want a soft, lighter look..Have come across a couple of Karndeans I like, Canadian Urban Oak and Baltic Washed Oak..plus have seen some nice Firmfit as well..Rutledge in their downtown collection and I would love to see a few of their lighter looks in the matte finish...Karndean no bevels of course and most of the Firmfit I have looked at have some type of bevel..what do we think bevel or no bevel? No bevel look like a sheet of vinyl or not so much with Karndean? Any experience with Firmfit? I have been trying to read reviews...and don't want anything with too much variation...Thanks for any thoughts!
