I'm getting close to pulling the trigger on buying an induction range. I'm leaning towards the LG model (I like the knobs and large oven).

I have love my open flame gas range, but we are ready to move away from natural gas. We bought a portable induction burner to try it out. It works well but the fan is a bit noisy.

I've seen complaints fan noise for various brands, including older models of the LG, but can't find anythign recent. So, any LG owners who could chime in about fan noise, or anyone with knowledge on the current model and whether it is noisy, I'd really appreciate some insight.

Also, if there are arguments for brands other than LG, I'd love to hear it.
