To divide the room, two twin accent chairs in the Living Room face away from the Dining Room.

The sofa would have it's back to the window facing the chairs with coffee table between.

I think the three smaller prints could go above the coffee bar. Is there anywhere to move the coffee maker and microwave?

I think the large seascape goes where the three prints were.

Things like plants and multiple sources of soft lighting bring coziness.

You want something interesting for matching accent chairs in the center of the room.

Hey if you don't have enough room in the kitchen for your microwave and small appliances, then consolidate everything in a full wall storage cupboard.

Maybe place your dishes in a china cabinet so you have room for your appliances in the kitchen.

My suggestion is to place 2 chairs in front of the window and improve your window treatment in both living and dining areas. To separate the 2 areas, one or two plants between the sofa and the buffet and perhaps a more decorative floor lamp.. If you can remove the microwave and turn the buffet into a coffee bar it would look much better and place the 3 frames above that you presently have above your sofa. Your chandelier seems too high, the space between the bottom of the chandelier and top of the table should be 30 to 36 inches, perhaps you have extra rods that you can add to it. A large canvas or framed print would look better for more balance above the sofa about 5-7 inches between the bottom of the frame and the top of the sofa. I would place a more imposing lamp on the end table, some decor on your coffee table (I show a tray), and accent pillows with some navy to pick-up on the navy in your rug. I also show a natural fibre woven pouf. At the front door, I show a navy hall tree with bench and storage so everything looks tidy when you walk-in.
