I do not think anyone other you will notice it and once the kitchen is being used and things in it even you will not pay much attention to the difference.

It is such a minor/small appliance, it would be challenging to even begin to try to match the metals. I think it will look fine. Your big appliance knob is awesome.

Combining various metals is a popular design choice at the moment. Yet, similar but not identical metals could create discord unless they are sufficiently spaced apart. I've attached an example where the brass of the faucet and the brass of the apron vary slightly in hue. However, their physical distance minimizes the difference, making it virtually unnoticeable in person.
