it's great that you can get rid of the tub.

a nice large vanity to strtch across that wall with two mirrors to reflect the natural light from the window. a long low chest of drawers in front of the window for storage.

Thanks Lyn Nielson. We need a bigger walk in shower as the current neo-angular one is small. And because of the awkward pentagonal shape, can't figure how and where it could be.

cannot really give you an actual plan without having an actual floor plan to look at. but if you get rid off the bathtub, you can move your shower to the wall where one end of your tub and your double sink are. ps, having a sink in the middle of everything like that is just ugly - always looks like an after though and builder grade. you can move to the wall where your current shower is. as for all the space underneath your window? get a free standing cast iron tub. a good one is not cheap. but will dress up your bathroom immediately.

I've always wanted a shower with a view, so I would bring in a pro bathroom designer to create the new shower on the window wall. I am not a two-sink vanity person, or a bathtub person, but what I do like is plenty of space in the bathroom to hang bathrobes, wet towels plus reach for dry ones. So I would ask the pro to create as much open storage as possible at easy-reach hieght (when you are wet, etc). And just give me one sink/vanity.

Having said all that -- Do you have a washer dryer on this floor conveniently located? When I removed a tub I used the space for 2nd floor washer dryer. It was a cheap installation and really an asset for washing towels and bedding. So if you'd rather have a washer dryer than storage, here's your chance.
