Generally speaking, electric with convection is a better option for ovens, so I'm personally dual-fuel pro.

I ahve an all gas 36" 6 burner bert and I live it but I also have double electric wall ovens I like some things baked in a gas oven like bread, pizza for sure . I run a catering biz from my home so the need for lots of oven space is a must. BTW my gas in convection and my wall ovens too. BTW Love the broil with gas . I think appliances need to be chosen for how you cook all of them for how you use them too. Not chosen from all one maker since there is no one maker that makes everything great. That is alos why you go plain old stainless insted of some finish of the year and all to match.
