Marvin Infinity Sliding Door Issues

I recently had a Marvin Infinity sliding door installed replacing an old one. I have some issues with the installation. I know some things are installer related and am having them addressed, but some may be manufacturing related. I was wondering if anyone has a Marvin sliding door and can tell me if this is "normal".

Here are a list of my issues:

1) 1st photo. Exposed wood underneath outside sill.

2) New caulk over old caulk. I think they removed some old caulk, but some definitely remains. They said they cleaned it with a solution? is this normal for a door replacement.

3) 2nd photo. Holes in inside track. I was told these are drain/weep holes, and were done at the factory, but they look really messy and unprofessionally cut. Is this on all of their sliding doors?

4) 3rd photo. Not airtight where 2 glass doors meet. When I get on the ground, and look through, I can see the outside. I feel like insects, water, and air can get through this. Is something missing or is this how it is supposed to be?

This door is supposed to have a lifetime warranty and I was hoping it would last a long time, but I am not even sure it is as good as the 30 year old door it replaced. Any insight would be appreciated.
