I have seen a rental property with jute and it gets ratty really quickly. It also does not take staining well. I have seen some other rugs on Amazon that seem more durable and I buy rugs at Ross that have been great too. I like getting them at a place that I can return them to if something doesn't look right. Wayfair has nice ones too but it's hard to return. Something with a little pattern hides stains and dirt well.Good luck!

I like my Ruggable area rug because I can throw it in the washer and get really clean, which I think would be really good for a Airbnb. I have mine in the kitchen and have washed many times and it still looks like new. Here’s a couple of patterns that might work for you.

The round mirrors and wall,clock don’t work well with the space.

I think the wall mirrors are fine. they provide nice light and expansion. But I would suggest not using a glass coffee table for an air bnb. It is an overall hazard - and especially for children and teens. Plus, that particular table also has sharp edges/corners. It’s a potential hazard.

Excellent point about replacing the glass coffee table.

Before you toss the mirrors away, take the clock over and see if it looks fun positioned among them

You might be able to add a rug with some blue and orange, this might help bring all the colors together. However, you could also just do a rug with some blue or some orange. Here are just a few ideas for you for your dilemma:
