Don't bother looking in the big box stores. Go to an actual flooring store. I was shopping the other day for some tile and was shook at how good some of the new LPV looks! Sorry I can't help with a specific brand.

Thanks for your question! Personally, I find WPC is a more comfortable version, especially for those thicker version LVPs in 7-8mm total thickness.

Beautiful floor! Might have a bit too much pink in the overtones, but looks terrific none-the-less. I'll scan the other colors as well. Thank you for the tip!.

It does look pink in the pictures but not in person. I was worried that it was all tans with some gray but an overall fairly monotone... I brought home the sample anyway. I think it is so nondescript that it picks up colors around it. Like around that red cat toy on the floor in my pic.

I had red oak stairs that I knew I wanted to bleach so I installed this floor so I could match them. I personally saw no pink in the floor when I had pink stairs like in this picture. Maybe a little pink that is radiating from the bottom step.

This is from HD meets all your criteria but I do not know about the actual texture. I actually think big box stores are great for LVP pricing always and pretty good selection too.

Now if you want 40 mill floors, then check out flooret.com. I just couldn’t bring myself to buy online sight unseen.

Hi Paul. I have many of Flooret's samples. They are wonderful looking and appear to be very well constructed. The problem is, they do not have a nice, clean white oak color/pattern. The one pattern I was considering is their Palka, which looks incredible, but is more of a knotty pine. Really great LVP, especially in the Signature line, but I feel the pine look might be a compromise rather than a home run. Too bad because the product is very high quality and looks terrific.
