I'm planning my kitchen and want to put the sink in front of the window. The issue is that I'm in a condo and the electrical meters for the building are in the basement directly below... Does putting the sink/dishwasher in the peninsula ruin the layout? How bad of an idea is pursuing the window placement?
As for lighting I have general recessed lights on a kitchen switch and dining switch. I have a pendant planned above the table, but could switch to recessed? Also, assuming the sink is in the peninsula should those pendants be on kitchen general? If not, where would I put the switch? Last question... Should pendants be centered with the bulk head or the countertop? UCL will be on its own.
Also, there are steam pipes in the wall behind the stove going to other units (old building). Point being, yes the L shape floor is weird, but I can't change it... Thanks in advance for your opinions!
