Jan, where do I post questions for design recommendations if not here? Hallett, this is going to be a wet room and for short term renters I wanted all the water to be behind a sealed glass wet room with a drain to avoid any water issues in the home. Is the tub placement okay? I can cut the steam.

Don't start another post, use this thread and continue the questions. Which may begin with is my bath layout good? And post it: ) Why? Unless a truly luxurious top of the line get away? Why is a tub even necessary, let alone, slammed in a wet room?

The vote feature makes it so we can’t swipe through pictures. A design dilemma would have been better but don’t change it.

Steam showers tend to be small to hold in the steam.

A ‘wet room’ is a tricky concept to waterproof and needs to be larger enough to have a foot around the tub for cleaning plus a shower- 7x 8’ would be the minimum that would work.

They are two opposite desires. I would never do a wet room in a rental. Ever.

Thank you Jan and Hallett. I appreciate the feedback. Since you wouldn’t do a wet room, what would you recommend for getting people to stay at your Airbnb? I’m near the tech hub in a suburb that is close. I’m on the hill overlooking the entire valley and it will be a 800 sq ft one bed one bath unit. I’m looking to get upwards of 200 bucks a night minimum.
