Removing Drawer w/ Hard Plastic Glides

I have a Pottery Barn dresser with drawers that have fixed hard plastic glides that are screwed in (cannot access screws) with no give; the guidance on how to remove the drawers doesn’t make sense. Have a request for help into the vendor and response time is 7-10 days. Has anyone been through this?
