Seem alittle too long for white oak acorns, so I'd go w/ken on English oak (robur).

They call robur english oak up here

Since the acorns are still green, I would say they would be robur, as the alba (at least here in central Minnesota) have already dropped as mature brown.

Also, if the acorns were on long stalks (peduncles), then robur is a certainty.

From a robur I planted about 25 years ago, acorns starting to drop now.

I vote Quercus robur. I don't see raised bumpy scales on the involucres.
