We moved into a new house and the previous owner did not maintain these tiles very well in the kitchen. However, I'm not quite sure how to clean them myself.

Can someone guide me in the right direction as to what tools I'll need? (steam mop? or maybe just a hard bristle brush) I would like to do this myself as the kitchen is only around 300 sq ft.

I've read the cleaning method will depend if the tiles are sealed / unsealed (which I can not tell). I'm guessing it may be unsealed based on the matte / dry finish that the tiles have, but the tiles do have a little sheen near the stove area but that may be due to all the cooking grease that has splattered on the ground.
