If you want help here we need to see the drawings and elevations of the addition. The style of house often dictates even the style of door . Where do you live , what are these doors opening onto? An addition IMO should look like it has always been there so pics of the house now is helpful. Post all of this in cimments here DO NOT start another post .

I would think about traffic flow as well as furniture/fixture placement since you’ll want to account for door swing - also consider the outdoor space, will the doors open to a patio or deck and how is that situated in the back yard? Symmetry can be nice but I wouldn’t compromise good flow to achieve it

12’ is relatively narrow for a kitchen addition. It isn’t wide enough for an island, for instance. 30’ long is also very short for kitchen, eating, and living spaces. There will not be room for good traffic paths for door access with 3 spaces. Even if you are doing all your dining elsewhere, 2 12x15 spaces is tight by the time you lay them out with furniture. You have to plan that furniture layout and the kitchen design now, to determine where the circulation paths will go. That circulation determines where your doors to the exterior should be located.
