My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Ratio of front entry door:foyer size?

We are pondering over the size to make our front entrance door in our new build. Our foyer is 8 feet wide and 12 feet long extending into a great room with a high ceiling as well. The ceiling in the foyer is 18 feet and has windows up top.
What size door should we use? 42 x 8 with two side lights? 36 x 8 with two side lights?
