Have a home designed for you by a local architect. This plan was designed to minimal standards with poor spatial relationships and bad quirky details.

I rarely say this, but i think you have to start over. almost everything is in the wrong place.

Having the refrigerator and pantry at the inside edge of a galley kitchen will create traffic problems. Imagine trying to cook while the kids are getting themselves a snack or drink.

One bedroom is on a kitchen wall and one is between two living rooms. The third is by the garage. That will be noisy for all three of them.

Ditto. If you want any help here use feet and inches this is a US site they do not do metric.

Do you really need a lounge separate from the family room and/or four bedrooms? Do you need to be able to seat eight people at a dining table? Everything in the back of the house looks cramped. If you could give up a room everything could have more breathing space. Could you furnish the lounge such that it could be used as a guest room infrequently as needed and eliminate the fourth bedroom? How much is the study area going to be used? If this needs to be a real home office used everyday I think it should be an enclosed space. And I have to agree with the other commenters, in general this just doesn't look like a good plan. Think hard about what you need for your household and go back to the drawing board.

I agree with the other posts and add to them. Double doors to the master bedroom at the front door is a mistake. For a house with 4 bedrooms, the laundry room is very cramped.

I am going to guess Australia and it is probably a common floor plan for that particular area.

How old is this plan? Do people still design ”i-hubs”? And the tiny ”study” just to give purpose to an empty space? (Also, those in North America are more familiar with plans where every stand-alone toilet room has a sink. So if this is elsewhere, be forewarned that this group’s North American bias will show.)
