I do not recognize the logo. We keep files on faucet sellers that have closed their doors over the past 15 years, but this is a logo we have not seen before. Sorry.

Tub spouts are pretty generic. Get your plumber involved in finding one that will fit.

Thank you so much for responding! Hopefully plumber can find something which fits. I have a sinking feeling someone renovated and added tile to existing fittings which made the screw-on spigot ( if that’s what it’s called 🤷🏼‍♀️) to short for the tub spout to catch fully. Fingers crossed!
