This happened before to a different one and we got service. it was a two minute fix but i didnt pay attention ugh!

My old Hunter Douglas horizontal cellular blind suddenly hangs unevenly. you can see into the blind that the top horizontal string on the side that draws all the way up is caught on something at the top so all the upper horizontal strings are slanting upwards that way.

what do we do to fix it without breaking it? thanks!
