Assuming those blooms are only about 2" across, it looks a lot like the rose I purchased under the name 'Burbank' .

I forgot - here is a pic of my Burbank - ignore the dark dark pink one. For some reason all of the blooms are upside down, but that might give you more info - 2 1/2 - 3 inches diameter is a better guess.

Jackie, It has been suggested that it is actually 'Burbank', and that seems reasonable to me. We recently planted both in our garden, to compare them. It's also close to Napoleon but not identical.
