heat exchange unit

Greetings. I have a video to share. I have a heat exchange unit (all in one unit). My intake water pipes sound like they have air in them (again I have a video to share) and I need to know how/if I can fix that myself using either the valves or another method. This bubbling noise echoes through my vents and is 24/7. Also, when my air conditioner starts up, there is a "squeal" from Belimo box - is this something I can fix?
