Need an inexpensive solution for gap on top of backsplash

Any one know where I can get inexpensive open shelves that are 3 inches wide, 12 inches deep and 3o inches heigh? I would like to creatively camouflage this area.


Thinking of adding open shelves (preferably without having to build them).
