Hole under porch

There's hole under poch around 3-4 feet horizontal & found a small garter snake was living there. There's no crack/damanag on top of porch.
Checked with few people and one suggested filling with expanding foam & other was mentioning filling with grout but didn't know how to fill grout from deep inside.
I am trying diy and fill first with Quikrete Concrete Crack Sealant (insert small rubber pipe and push) and then filling with foam (2-3 ft long foam gun).
