Hello Houzz community - I need your help.

We are nearing the final phases of a pool build and have had a few hiccups. Recently, after building out the kitchen area we found that instead of building kitchen over the electrical (to hide it) they lined up the brick with the column on the edge leaving the electrical hose/pipe exposed.

I really don't like the way that looks and hoping for some recommendations. Have you seen this before and what do you think would be a good solution?

I'm considering adding a column of bricks that goes up the middle section to hopefully cover it. Thanks for your expertise and advice.
