Almost certainly it is not Armillaria or honey fungus. The mushrooms will almost always be found at the base of the woody plants it infects or on the wood itself, so the top photo showing it growing next to the paver or rocks can be eliminated immediately. And it does not affect herbaceous perennials, only woodies.

Most likely to be some sort of decomposing fugal organism feeding off of whatever you amended your soil with or some other organic matter.

No, looks like it is growing on the chipped wood mulch. Nothing to stress about.

Ah ok, kind of got nervous seeing them grow in my plants but it doesn’t affect perennials. That’s good to know, should’ve researched that first.
